El área del conocimiento que significa la medicina es de una amplitud que sobrepasa cualquier esquema imaginativo clásico sobre las hipótesis y resultados. Muchas veces el campo de investigación en medicina, debido a su tamaño, puede verse abrumador para muchos de quienes ingresan al pregrado, y que si bien tienen todo el potencial y ganas para investigar, a menudo no saben cómo hacerlo.
